As we try to live up to today’s customer expectations, it can often feel like our customers are moving ahead while we are falling behind.

As businesses we often think about ourselves as the center of the universe, giving us a false sense that we have a full panoramic view of our customers. But the truth is that our customers don’t revolve around us. We’re just a tiny part of their ever-changing universe.

We need to break free from this old way of thinking. Our business mentality and CRM systems need to support a new reality.
