Next week we are launching User Segments in Guide.

User segments makes it easier to manage restrictions on who sees what content in your help center by centralizing your custom segments of agents or end-users.

With this new feature there will be minor changes to where and how you set access restrictions for Sections and Topics in your help center in the future. But rest assured, all of your existing access policies will be replicated and compatible with the new user segments format.
